Dress Up or Dress Down

I spent about an hour at a strip mall on Wednesday (05/22/19). I was inside a TJMaxx store where I was able to look and feel the latest in fashion merchandising. I particularly liked the soft fabric, cropped short t-shirts. Well, I found that Belle Lily is a good website to find some killer fashions as well.
